Why we like buying land shares
With arable land value is clear: soil quality (BPEJ), area, lease. A share in good farmland is a long-term investment for us, so we offer fair prices even for small shares — typically 50–75% of proportional value. We value from public data (cadastre, soil quality, comparable sales), just a property ID or original owner's name.
Common situations: shares scattered through inheritance among many relatives, rent going for years to just one, and shares in roads or woods that "nobody wants" — we'll assess those too.
How the sale works
Send the cadastral district and property ID (or heir's name) — within 48 hours you'll get valuation of all shares we find. For inherited shares we'll watch the 6-month pre-emption period (§ 1124 Czech Civil Code). Sign, pay at signing, register — done. Legal details about shares at vykuppodil.cz.
