Basic facts about selling a share
You dispose of your share freely (§ 1123 Czech Civil Code) — others' consent not needed. Their pre-emption right applies today only rarely, typically 6 months after inheriting (§ 1124); after that you can sell to anyone. Share price is always below its mathematical fraction of property value — a share means no right to use or sell the property, just to have a say, and the market discounts that.
A complete legal guide to shares — pre-emption, co-ownership settlement, valuation — is at the specialist site vykuppodil.cz.
How we buy shares
Within 48 hours of inquiry you get a written valuation with reasoning (whole property value, discount size and why). Discretion is automatic — we contact others only when the law requires it. For standard shares we pay at signing, for riskier ones through escrow after registration. Post-purchase co-ownership settlement is our job, not yours.
