What data we process and why
Inquiry form and valuation: property type, location, possibly situation and contact (phone or email). Purpose: processing inquiry and preparing offer or valuation — legal basis is contract pre-performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Additional data (address, property ID, condition, debts) you provide voluntarily to refine the offer.
Transaction data: when concluding a transaction we process data in scope required by purchase contract, cadastral proceedings and AML law (client identification under law no. 253/2008 Coll.).
Who we share data with
Attorney firm handling contracts and escrow; cadastral office in registration proceedings; in justified cases with partner investor (we always inform you). We do not share data outside the EU.
Retention period
Inquiries without concluded contract for 12 months from last communication. Data from concluded transactions for statutory periods (accounting 5 years, AML 10 years).
