Our principles
- Offer with breakdown, not slogan. In every offer you see market value, individual deductions and final price. We do not lower the offer after document review.
- Real timelines. Deposit at signing, final payment after cadastral registration (~3–4 weeks, statutory period). We never promise what the cadastre does not allow.
- Attorney escrow always. Every crown of the purchase price goes through escrow with defined release conditions.
- Fair dealing with all. We work with officials, creditors, co-owners and tenants within the law and decency.
- Honest advice. When a real estate agent, agreement with a creditor, or waiting makes more sense for you — we tell you that.
